How long will it take to receive my order?
We will despatch your order within 1-5 working days of the order being processed.
What Postal Service do you use?
We despatch all of our UK mainland items Royal Mail first class post. All international items will be sent airmail and are dealt with by your respective countries postal service. If you would like us to send your order with order tracking facilities please drop us an email and we can arrange this for you. Shipping will cost more than our standard shipping rates but we can inform you of the best/cheapest options available to you.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to exhange or give refunds on any item you purchase, should you not be 100% happy with them. Please e-mail us to inform us if you plan to return an item and we will send you our returns address. All returns must be made within 30 days.

UK- £2 for the first item £1 more for each additional item.
Everywhere else - £6.50 for the first item £1 more for each additional item.
